SCI, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, (SDVOSB), brings a wealth of VA experience gained through over 15 years of service to VA.

Sphere3®, the creator of Aperum® the industry’s first holistic patient experience record, identified the need to partner with an expert in the VA market over a year ago. Their search lead them to Standard Communications, Inc. who has specialized expertise in patient communications and clinical collaboration technology which has enabled them to serve multiple VA hospitals with excellent results. The partnership will provide a greater ability for the VA to leverage patient generated data, such as nurse call, to identify real time gaps. Utilizing mobile enabled leadership and hourly rounding tools caregivers have been able to reduce risk and increase patient satisfaction at their facilities nationwide.
“SCI is excited to add the Aperum® platform to our clinical offerings in the VA. Our team is laser focused on identifying critical clinical needs and addressing those needs through simple to use solutions that enhance VA’s ability to care for our Veterans. Aperum® will be a valuable addition to VA’s care environment.” said Tom Michie, Vice President of Sales for SCI.

Sphere3®, a Gartner “Cool Vendor in Healthcare Providers” in 2015, offers Aperum®, a first of its kind patient experience management platform that integrates both the patient’s perception at the point of care and their behaviors in a mobilized analytics platform. Aperum®, which means to reveal, translates patient generated data from nurse call light, patient beds, cardiac monitoring, and sensor/ location technologies into information to empower hospitals to better manage care in real time. It provides insights into caregiver workload management, patient satisfaction, and patient safety indicators.
