Our Story
Our story started with the simple thought – “This process could work better” and it’s evolved into a passion to improve healthcare. Sphere3 began as a company that looked at workflow integrated technology to make things “work better” but it became more when the CEO’s youngest entered the hospital with RSV. “The hospital was great, the staff was amazing, but the way technology was supporting their efforts was not helpful.”
While she was impressed by the dedicated staff that managed long hours, heavey workload, and very difficult situations.
“I felt helpless even though I know healthcare and know technology. The lack of control, inability to understand what was happening coupled with all of the noises was stressful.”
It made all of the items we were developing for Sphere3 even more crucial – we were not just improving workflow to make things more efficient. We are developing methodologies that at the most basic level – help people.
We are enabling caregivers to spend more time at the bedside, we are enabling patients or their families to feel comforted by faster response times. We are assisting hospitals in their initiatives to make safer environments to promote healing.
We have built a team with experience working in hospitals and working with technology and passion is improve healthcare. We are technology savvy, clinically minded, workflow experts who leverage our experience to find innovative methodologies to solve problems.
